Schindler Elevator Corporation (“Schindler”) announces the acquisition of Colorado Elevator Solutions (“CES”) based in Denver, CO.
CES co-principals Chris Mezosi and Scott Brugh commented “We are very proud of the portfolio we have built in our Colorado operation over the years. With the addition of Schindler’s engineering expertise, we hope to provide the best of both worlds to our employees and our customers going forward.”
They further added: “Maven Group set up a competitive bid process and guided us through due diligence so that we were able to close this transaction quickly after we decided on a buyer.”
