A&F Elevator Company, Inc. (“A&F”) today confirmed a change in ownership from the Mianabi family to Viktor Pastarnak. Incorporated in 1973 as one of the oldest independent elevator companies in the state of Texas, A&F had been run by the late Essie Mianabi for decades providing maintenance, repair, and modernization of elevators and escalators of any type in the Dallas and Houston markets.
Mr. Mianabi’s wife and children continued to grow and expand A&F’s operations in both metropolitan areas before passing on the family business to a like-minded entrepreneur. Pooneh Mianabi commented “I am delighted to see Viktor Pastarnak continue my father’s legacy and wish him all the best for the future. We couldn’t have found a better partner to take care of our employees and customers.”
Viktor Pastarnak remarked “I am thrilled to join this experienced team. Together we will maintain our focus on safety and customer service while deepening A&F’s unique and longstanding relationships in our key markets in Dallas and Houston.”
