2025. Action Elevator (“Action”), a premier independent elevator services company in the Mid-Atlantic, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Elevator Technologies, Inc. (“ETI”), a leading provider of elevator services in the Greater Washington D.C. market. ETI had been operating since 2007 led by founders Chris Myles, Rob Bergen and Mike Coates, with Walt Church joining the ownership group in 2017. All four owners will continue their careers with Action Elevator to ensure a seamless transition for customers and employees.
Maven Group served as financial advisor to ETI. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
